  I'm very disappointed. I signed up for a free summer trial they were running for teachers. Never made it to the gym so I called to cancel and discovered when I signed up for the trial (with an employee who stated several times that he did not typically do that job) I accidentally signed up for a 24 month membership and they will not allow me out of it. I feel mislead. To top it all off, the manager was not very kind and acted like I was being dishonest.
